Vendor Rules

At Prairie View Event Hall our mission is to provide a fun and stress free event for all our clients and their guests. We require all vendors who are providing services for events held at Prairie View Event Hall to submit proof of Liability Insurance to our Event Coordinator by 10 days prior to the event. We keep all vendors on file, so you will only need to file it once, and than update yearly. We work hard to accommodate the wants and specific needs for all our outside vendors.
